By accessing, registering and/or continuing to use or access our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the website and services following any change constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions as so modified.

2. Orders

  • Upon placing an Order with us, you agree to purchase the items described in the Order at the price specified, which includes applicable delivery fees, taxes, and duties, unless you have the right to cancel or return the items.
  • Our acceptance of Orders is at our discretion and may be withheld for various reasons such as suspected fraud, ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, shipping restrictions, or stock availability. Items in your website basket are not reserved until payment for the Order is received.
  • Information about merchandise availability provided on our website or through our call center is an estimate and not a guarantee, as inventory may change frequently. In the rare event that a product is sold out by the time we process the Order, we will inform you.
  • Acknowledgment of your Order will be sent via email, but confirmation of the Order is only given when you receive notification from us regarding dispatch of the item(s). No other party has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order besides us.


3. Payment

  • For Orders placed on our website, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash on Delivery, Tabby and online credit as different payment methods. Cash on delivery is allowed for orders up to 10,000 AED.
  • At the time of placing your Order, payment will be processed. By inputting your payment information on our website, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to use the payment details provided. We retain the right to refuse orders without incurring any liability to you in cases where we suspect that payments are unauthorized, the payment method is invalid, or when we have reason to believe that you are not authorized to use the designated payment method.
  • To ensure our customers' convenience, we offer various payment options. When paying through Credit Card, Debit Card or Apple Pay, we may require additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with photo, to verify your order. If you choose to pay via a Delayed Payment Provider, you may be asked to provide additional personal documents and undergo credit checks. This is necessary to authenticate the buyer's identity and protect the cardholder against fraudulent payments.
  • We do not control, take responsibility for, or endorse or verify the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services (including the Delayed Payment Provider). We do not provide warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on our website or Apps by anyone other than us. We strongly advise you to review all third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies.


4. Prices

  • The prices displayed on the Website are in AED and do not include any additional services, delivery costs, taxes or duties that may be applicable to your purchase. Before you complete your purchase, any additional costs will be presented to you before your final checkout.
  • If you use a payment card with a currency other than AED, the exchange rate used by your card issuer at the time of payment will determine the final amount charged.
  • The delivery charges, taxes and duties that may apply to your order are determined by the delivery destination, items, and services you choose, and your selected delivery method.
  • If an error occurs to your order that has been processed we may (i) cancel your order and issue you a full refund including original order delivery fees, taxes and duties (if applicable), or (ii) honor your purchase price if you paid lower than the actual price of the item, or (iii) refund you the difference if you paid higher than the actual price of the item.
  • If an error occurs to your order that has not been processed, you will be notified and the order will be processed upon your confirmation, alternatively a full refund of your payment will be issued.


5. Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • The validity of promotional codes is limited to their specified terms and expiration date, and they can only be used once. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or promotions. These codes are intended for personal use and cannot be transferred to others.
  • Unless expressly stated, promotional codes and offers exclude specific products and brands. If the item is ineligible for the offer, the discount will not be applied.


6. Return & Exchanges

  • As long as you fulfill the requirements outlined in the Returns and Exchanges section, you can take advantage of our free returns policy, which lets you return any delivered items to us within 30 days of receiving your order at no cost to you.
  • We will process refunds only once the returned item/s have been verified and approved. Upon approval, we will refund the complete face value of undamaged returned items (excluding delivery charges and cash handling fees, if any).
  • In case you receive a damaged item or one that doesn't match your order, send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it, in the same condition as you received it. We'll issue a full refund, which may include the original delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any applicable duties. Replacement options may also be available. Additionally, defective items may be eligible for a manufacturer's defective warranty.
  • Beauty and grooming items (including skincare and haircare) cannot be returned if the package is opened.


7. Cancellation

  • Before your Order is marked as "Processed" in our online Order tracking system, you can get in touch with us to cancel or modify it. In such cases, we'll either cancel it at no cost to you and issue a complete refund or try our best to make the changes you requested, considering stock availability and any relevant price adjustments. However, if the Order has already been processed, you'll have to wait for delivery and then return the products.


8. Product Liability

  • When you place an Order on our Website, you accept and acknowledge that the manufacturer is fully responsible for their products. We do not hold any product liability for these items, except as mentioned in the Returns section with regards to returning the products and refunding the price paid (if applicable).
